Career Fairs and Employer Pop-ups

All USask Career Fairs and Employer Pop-ups are designed to give students an opportunity to learn about future job possibilities and provide an opportunity to connect with you, our employer and community partners. Attending our events is a great opportunity for you to share more about your company/industry and guide our students on how to be successful in their careers after graduation.

PLEASE NOTE: Career Services reserves the right to decline requests if they do not align with our promotional opportunities or student career objectives.

Our Fall Careers Day is open to students from all campus colleges and programs, as well as employers from all industries. This includes, but is not limited to, Agriculture & Bioresources, Kinesiology, Edwards School of Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Arts & Science, and Education.

Our Pharmacy Career Fair is an excellent opportunity to recruit students for future pharmacy positions within your organization.  All USask students and alumni pursuing a career or further education in Pharmacy will be invited to attend.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel your registration by logging into CareerLink and visiting the "Career Fairs Registration page" under the Career Services, or by notifying Career Services Centre. The cancellation deadline is December 11, 2024. If you cancel:

  • On or before the deadline: You will be charged an administration fee of $250.
  • After the deadline: You will be responsible for full registration costs and full advertising costs (if applicable) as assessed at the time of registration.

You will not be charged a fee if you cancel within three business days of receipt of this message.

Employer Pop-ups provide a more intimate setting to connect with our students in a smaller venue. They are open to students from all campus colleges and programs, as well as employers from all industries. This year’s pop-ups will feature: 

  • Agriculture and Bioresources 
  • Arts Tunnel (best suited for employers looking to recruit students from multiple disciplines, or non-discipline specific opportunities) 
  • Engineering
  • Geology (new this year!) 

Also new this year, we will be partnering with Charity Village to host an exclusive pop-up to help students explore career paths in the not-for-profit sector! This pop-up will be held in high traffic locations throughout the Arts Building.  

To provide the best Employer Pop-up experience, we will be providing the following: 

  • 6' x 8' booth space that includes a skirted table and two chairs 
  • Coffee, lunch, and snacks
  • Employer lounge 
  • WiFi access

Meet with students in all years who are studying at the College of Education. The Education Career Fair welcomes school boards and employers from various local, provincial, national, and international regions, seeking to build their brand and hire University of Saskatchewan students and alumni. This event is an excellent venue for employers to influence the careers of students and alumni and to promote their companies.
